Christmas was magical…watching out the window to a starlit sky, looking for a glowing red nose and silhouette of reindeer and a sleigh…going to the church for Santa’s treat: a brown paper bag with an orange, unshelled peanuts, and a candy cane hooked around the top. I miss those more innocent and less corrupted times.
