I once asked a farmer about his day. He was my patient while rehabbing for a knee surgery. He said he got up at 4 in the morning to tend the cows and do the chores. He was done by late evening around 7. Ate dinner, watched some TV 📺, and repeat. He was having trouble sleeping 😴 at the facility. I asked him if he had any problem sleeping at home, and he was like “NEVER “
