There are so many great herbal teas.i like to experiment and make my own with the raw ingredients. Anything with cinnamon works for me!

I agree. I make my own mixes, and sometimes my kitchen looks like a laboratory.

Never quite got to grips with herbal teas.
I lived in Vietnam many years ago and did develop a liking for the tiny cups of strong, green tea that appeared at every meal and social interaction.

Although im not a tea enthusiast herbalist at least, i love the sentiment.
My grandmother whom i totally loved, 4 2 eyes of blue, yes you read that right, loved her tea. When i was young, id sit in awe as she drank her tea steaming hot from the tea pot, serious steam rising in swirls, hot enough to melt planet earth…how could she possibly manage to drink it? One day years later, I realized i did the same thing exactly… only way to drink tea…strong seriously hot and oh so delicious… every time i make tea, i thank her finding that first incredibly delicious taste remarkable.
Id given up on tea for years, preferring coffee.
Believe me I’ve tried herbal teas…it doesn’t have the same feel sorry to say…still the thought counts… and definitely brought a memory id completely forgotten.
