Dear friends,

This post has been sitting in my heart for a while, quietly waiting for the right words. Today feels like the right moment to say something simple, yet deeply important: Thank you.

I started this page and this blog back in August with no big expectations. Just a quiet hope. A notebook-full of thoughts. A need to put words somewhere outside my own head. I never imagined that my voice would travel this far, or that so many of you would stop, read, and stay. I certainly never imagined that it would resonate the way it has.

And yet—here you are.

Every time you read a post, leave a comment, react, or send a private message, something small but powerful happens. You remind me that words still matter. That reflection still has a place in a fast world. That kindness, thoughtfulness, and honesty are still welcome.

Your comments don’t just sit under my posts. They follow me through the day. They make me pause. Smile. Sometimes they arrive exactly when I need them. You may not know it, but many of your words have lifted me on heavy days and warmed me on ordinary ones. Every reaction, every shared thought, every “this meant something to me” truly makes my day—every day.

By reading and engaging, you are doing something incredibly generous: you are allowing my dream to exist. You are giving space to a voice that once whispered quietly, unsure if anyone would listen. Because of you, that voice feels seen. Heard. Encouraged to continue.

This blog is not just mine anymore. It’s a shared place. A meeting point for thoughts, memories, questions, and gentle reminders. A place where we slow down together, even for a moment.

So thank you—for your trust, your time, your openness, and your support. Thank you for walking alongside me since August and for turning simple posts into meaningful conversations. I’m deeply grateful for every one of you.

And I promise you this: I’ll keep writing with the same honesty, care, and heart—because you showed me that it matters.

With gratitude,
Georgi

  1. Georgi, this made me smile all the way through, one of those smiles that lingers after the screen goes dark. There’s something quietly brave about putting words out into the world with nothing but a hope and a notebook, and then watching God surprise you with a circle of readers who actually stay. Clearly, your pages didn’t just find an audience, they found a community. And yes, words still matter… especially when they arrive seasoned with thoughtfulness, humility, and that gentle pause-your-day quality your posts seem to carry.

You’ve created a space where reflection doesn’t have to shout to be heard. In a world that runs on speed, you’ve offered a bench. And we’re all apparently happy to sit there awhile, snacks optional.

Please keep writing. Keep sending those quiet, well-placed words into the wild. They land more often than you know, and judging by your following, they seem to have excellent aim. 🙂

    1. This is incredibly touching — thank you. Your words feel like a gentle hand on the shoulder, and I’ll carry them with me for a long time.
I love the image of a bench in a fast world… that’s exactly the kind of space I hope this can be. I’m deeply grateful that you chose to sit there for a while (snacks absolutely welcome).
I promise to keep writing, with the same care and honesty — because knowing that the words land, and that they find hearts like yours, makes all the difference.

  3. Dear
In continuation of my earlier post in which I has said that writing is a persona created by the writer though on the first instance one might perceive the writer and the persona to be one and the same. That’s probably the reason there are likes to the post but very few comments. That’s ok. Happens!
Thanks for your precious like and happy new year.

    1. Thank you for sharing this perspective — it’s a thoughtful way of looking at writing and the relationship between the writer and the voice on the page. I appreciate the exchange and your kind wishes. Wishing you a peaceful and happy New Year as well.

  4. Thank you for sharing your writing – thoughts, dreams, challenges, memories, successes, family, and so much more! I was thinking just yesterday if I was to write a recommendation it would sound something like this –
“If you like poetry by Robert Frost, you’ll love words by Georgi Kisyov.” It’s the highest compliment I can give. ~ Rosie

    1. Rosie, this truly moved me. Thank you for such generosity and kindness — I receive it with deep humility. To be mentioned in the same breath as words that have meant so much to so many is an incredible honor, but what touches me most is knowing that something I write resonates with you in that way.
Thank you for reading so thoughtfully, for your encouragement, and for walking alongside these words with such warmth. I’m deeply grateful for you. 🤍
